Architect – Advanced Technology & Life Sciences Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead the design, detailing, and tendering of architectural packages for advanced technology and life‑science projects. You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet regulatory standards and project objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, detail, specify and assist tendering for full architectural packages.
• Liaise with client teams on design issues and coordinate across disciplines.
• Administer sub‑contractor contracts on site from inception to handover.
• Support site personnel on technical and coordination matters during design and construction.
• Ensure all designs comply with local authority codes and produce tender specifications.
• Mentor junior architects and ensure supervisors receive approved plans and shop drawings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in design and construction of architectural services systems.
• Experience with fast‑track projects is preferred.
• Strong technical writing ability.
• Good knowledge of Singapore building codes, standards and submission procedures.
