Architectural Assistant – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Architectural Assistant to support our design team in delivering high‑quality projects. You will work closely with senior architects, consultants and contractors to develop drawings, presentations and project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
• Assist in creating presentation materials and project documentation.
• Support statutory and authority submissions, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate drawings and information with consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Attend project and coordination meetings, record minutes and follow up on action items.
• Provide project administration support as directed by the Project Architect.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Studies or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in an architectural consultancy or construction environment is advantageous.
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp or Photoshop is a plus.
