Architectural Associate (Singapore)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Architectural Associate role is based in Singapore. The architect will develop concepts and detailed designs for commercial, industrial and residential projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare drawings and documentation for project deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage design changes and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with consultants and contractors.
• Support project management activities such as scheduling and progress tracking.
• Contribute to design reviews, quality control and continuous improvement of design processes.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in architecture and architectural design with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture; preferably a Qualified Person registered with the Singapore Board of Architects and Green Mark certified.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations and construction practices in Singapore and the region.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
