Architectural Associate (Township)

About the role

We are looking for an Architectural Associate to join our township residential projects team. You will be involved from concept through to delivery, creating high‑quality designs that meet client and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design and implementation of residential township projects from inception to completion.
• Develop innovative architectural concepts, detailed plans, graphics, specifications and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and on‑site teams to resolve design issues and ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress against contracts and schedules, and attend technical and consultant meetings.
• Participate in design competitions and undertake any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch) from a recognised, accredited institution.
• Strong knowledge of planning and building codes and regulations.
• Organised, meticulous, analytical and creative with solid industry awareness.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp and BIM software (Revit).
• Experience with rendering tools such as Enscape and Lumion.
• Competence in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office suite.
