Architectural Coordinator – Condominium & Commercial Projects

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Architectural Coordinator to join our technical team. You will support design coordination, site execution, and technical documentation to ensure successful delivery of condominium and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Identify design conflicts and liaise with consultants and contractors to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor on‑site architectural work, report deviations, and support quality‑control activities.
• Prepare method statements, technical reports, work schedules, and as‑built documentation.
• Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and approvals, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with MEP, structural, and other disciplines in coordination meetings.
• Support senior staff in design optimisation and value‑engineering initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction or architectural coordination.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction methods.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
