Architectural Coordinator – Construction Projects

About the role

An Architectural Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the architectural aspects of a project, ensuring it aligns with design intent, construction plans, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and lead site inspections (structural and architectural trades) including façade and precast installation.
• Check and coordinate shop drawings and as‑built drawings across architectural, structural, MEP and specialist subcontractors.
• Support the end‑to‑end tendering process, preparing tender documents and coordinating consultant and client meetings.
• Create presentation slides for client briefings and review project specifications, shop drawings and technical clarifications.
• Prepare and monitor shop‑drawing and sample schedules, manage submissions and approvals with consultants.
• Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, authorities and subcontractors throughout construction.
• Resolve technical and coordination issues, manage claim‑related matters and track action items.
• Attend consultant technical meetings, ensure CBP updates, and prepare method statements for approval.

Required profile

• Recognized degree or diploma in Architecture, Project Management, Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction or related industry.
• Proficiency in coordinating and checking architectural, M&E and structural workshop drawings.
• Familiarity with architectural trades.
