Architectural Coordinator

About the role

The Architectural Coordinator will act as the central link between consultants, client representatives, and subcontractors to ensure that architectural designs are executed accurately and on schedule. This role involves supervising on‑site works, managing BIM data, and guaranteeing compliance with all project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to meet authority requirements.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
• Supervise architectural works and liaise with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on technical matters.
• Prepare and submit detailed drawings, material samples, mock‑ups, and shop drawings for early approval.
• Manage BIM data, maintain project template files, and resolve clash issues with other disciplines.
• Prepare transmittals, track revision status, and compile as‑built drawings at project completion.
• Conduct on‑site checks to ensure works follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Support minor coordination of Architectural, Structural, and M&E drawings.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience after tertiary education in architectural construction supervision.
• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience on high‑rise building projects is a plus.
• Willingness to work from the site office.
