Architectural Coordinator

About the role
The Architectural Coordinator will lead the execution of the company’s building construction projects, ensuring that architectural works are delivered on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
- Plan and schedule works, manage material requisition, control costs and maintain project documentation.
- Supervise architectural works on site and coordinate with client representatives, consultants and sub‑contractors on technical matters.
- Ensure quality of work and compliance with safety, environmental and ISO system requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of experience supervising architectural works in building construction.
- Strong communication abilities and capacity to interact with personnel at all levels.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
