About the role
The Architectural Coordinator will support L.S. Construction in delivering high‑quality architectural works across Singapore. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure that all design and construction activities meet regulatory standards and project specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Review and verify all architectural drawings and related provisions.
- Coordinate the work of architectural sub‑contractors to maintain schedule and quality.
- Ensure compliance with relevant authority requirements for all architectural works.
- Assist the Quantity Surveyor with measurement of completed work.
- Organise commissioning and testing of architectural installations.
- Identify and assess workplace risks, implementing safety and environmental control measures.
Required profile
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience on condominium or commercial projects.
