About the role

The Architectural Coordinator will support the Senior Project Manager in overseeing construction activities across multiple sites in Singapore. This role ensures that subcontractors, consultants, and the internal project team work together smoothly to meet project milestones.

Key responsibilities

Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and attend consultant meetings.
Supervise the site project team and monitor overall progress of site work.
Schedule, monitor, and report on construction activities.
Assist the Senior Project Manager with planning, controlling, and coordinating subcontractors' work.
Ensure compliance with local codes such as R.I inspection, TOP application, CSC, and Final Completion.

Required profile

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building.
Familiarity with all stages of construction activities.

Required skills

Knowledge of local code of practice (R.I inspection, TOP application, CSC, Final Completion).
Proficiency in AutoCAD software and basic drafting.
