Architectural Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Coordinator to join our construction team across Singapore. The role is based on active construction sites and involves close collaboration with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery of architectural works.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural drawings, technical submissions and shop‑drawings.
• Review material submissions and ensure compliance with design intent.
• Liaise with architects, consultants and subcontractors to resolve interface issues.
• Monitor progress of architectural works and quality of internal and external finishes.
• Support mock‑up and sample approvals, and track material procurement and delivery.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience on HDB construction projects.
• Ability to work on‑site six days a week.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
