Architectural Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architectural Engineer to join our Singapore branch. You will be responsible for developing design specifications, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project specifications, schematics, and layouts to meet design requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and design professionals to define project scope.
• Conduct site visits, gather information, and recommend design changes.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Prepare and present design concepts to internal and external audiences.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
• Lead project teams, delegate tasks, and provide technical guidance to junior members.
• Manage project documentation, filing, and database updates.

Required profile

• Recognized degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3‑4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Safety certification such as BCSS.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented team player.
