Architectural Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Manager to lead the architectural scope of large‑scale projects in Singapore. The role bridges design consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural planning and design phases for mega projects, delivering innovative solutions that meet client expectations and Singapore building regulations.
• Manage the full architectural project lifecycle – scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation and milestone tracking – in close collaboration with the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
• Review, validate and coordinate architectural designs, ensuring practicality, sustainability and compliance with local codes.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols; conduct regular site inspections, handle QM/PQP, RFI, RFA, method statements, DfS submissions and CONQUAS inspections.
• Mentor junior architects, foster teamwork and promote professional development.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all architectural matters, preparing and presenting proposals and progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Collaborate with safety teams to ensure all activities comply with safety standards.

Required profile

• Willingness to work both in the office and on project sites.
• Will report to the Project Manager / Project Director / HOD – Engineering.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Singapore building regulations.
• Preparation of QM/PQP documentation.
• Handling of RFI and RFA processes.
• Development of method statements.
• DfS (Design for Safety) submission preparation.
• Conducting CONQUAS inspections.
