Assistant BIM Manager – Architectural

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant BIM Manager to support our BIM leadership team in delivering high‑quality architectural models across multiple projects. The role involves developing standards, training staff, and ensuring BIM deliverables meet client and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist BIM Manager(s) in creating and enforcing office‑wide BIM standards and project templates.
• Provide quality control for all BIM drawings and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Train and supervise Revit specialists, overseeing day‑to‑day BIM activities.
• Develop and deliver BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and monitor their implementation throughout project stages.
• Coordinate BIM meetings, generate clash detection reports, and communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Support electronic file submissions, including Singapore BIM authoring requirements.
• Oversee BIM for facilities management where applicable and verify contractor compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in BIM management or architectural design.
• Diploma in Architecture (or equivalent) and a specialist diploma in BIM Management.
• Strong knowledge of planning and building codes, regulatory submissions, and construction documentation.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work autonomously.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead training and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
