Assistant BIM Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant BIM Manager to lead BIM‑focused projects, ensure compliance with industry standards, and support multidisciplinary coordination across our Singapore office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM projects and develop BIM Execution Plans.
• Integrate BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
• Generate clash reports and conduct BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants.
• Oversee multidisciplinary coordination, including 4D phase planning and 5D cost estimating.
• Troubleshoot model and project issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Mentor and manage the BIM team, providing guidance to architects on BIM strategies.
• Plan and resource project delivery aspects for efficient execution.
• Deliver training sessions on BIM processes to improve team capabilities.

Required profile

• Specialist Diploma in BIM, Degree in Architecture, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of BIM management experience.
• Proficiency with Singapore BIM Standards.
• Strong drive to stay updated with BIM developments.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
