About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Boutique Director to support the Boutique General Manager of a flagship luxury retail boutique in Singapore. This permanent, onsite position offers a high‑visibility leadership opportunity within a dynamic, globally recognised brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a large boutique team, fostering a high‑performance, client‑centric culture.
• Build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients and external partners to drive loyalty.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to optimise boutique operations, inventory management and collection campaigns.
• Deliver a seamless client experience through elegant visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
• Oversee compliance, continuously innovate processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute business strategies to capture and grow market opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of retail experience in luxury fashion, watches or fine jewellery.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop large retail teams.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with forward‑thinking commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales performance, client engagement and operational excellence.
