Assistant Cook – Full‑Time Kitchen Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Cook to support our kitchen operations across Singapore. The role involves assisting the Cook in preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Cook with food preparation tasks such as cleaning, cutting, chopping, and peeling ingredients.
• Clean and sanitise food preparation areas in line with hygiene and health‑safety standards.
• Wash, disinfect, and store cooking utensils and equipment properly.
• Receive, weigh, and store food supplies and ingredients.
• Operate kitchen appliances and tools including cutters, knives, mixers and ovens.
• Manage inventory, unload deliveries and organise the storeroom.
• Maintain clean work areas, utensils and equipment throughout shifts.

Required profile

• Ability to work shift patterns as required.
• Willingness to handle North Indian cuisine preparation.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
