Assistant Coordinator (CAMH) - Contract

About the role

NUHS is hiring a contract Assistant Coordinator for its CAMH programme. The role supports the care and follow-up of mother-child dyads, including screening, assessment and psychoeducation, and works closely with research and care coordination teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure completion of screening, assessment, anticipatory guidance and psychoeducation for mother-child dyads according to milestones
• Assist in care management and cross-referrals to specialists through dedicated protocols, based on the mother and child profile and needs
• Maintain accurate records of mother-child dyads and parents recruited in the ChAMPION programme and other data collation
• Work with Family Nexus care coordinators to arrange appointments as required
• Work with Research Assistants on data collection and surveys
• Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Officer

Required profile

• Diploma with a qualification in Health Promotion or Sciences (an added advantage)
• Some working experience in healthcare preferred
• Able to work a 5.5-day workweek
