Assistant Director, HRBP - Healthcare

A leading healthcare organisation in Singapore is looking for an Assistant Director, HRBP to lead HR strategy and business partnering for key healthcare functions. The role drives workforce planning, talent management and organisational growth, and offers the chance to influence senior stakeholders and build a high-performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute workforce and people strategies aligned to organisational objectives
• Lead talent acquisition, talent management and performance management initiatives
• Drive workforce planning, manpower optimisation and succession planning
• Advise on employee relations, organisational development and leadership effectiveness
• Champion employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
• Identify HR transformation opportunities and implement solutions that improve processes and employee experience
• Work with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver consistent, value-added HR services

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related major
• 8+ years of HR leadership or HR business partnering experience in a large, complex organisation
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing broad HR functions across multiple business units
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders on strategic people matters
• Experience driving HR transformation and adopting digital HR solutions
