Assistant Director, International Business Partnership

About the role

Join a dynamic team at IPOS International as an Assistant Director, International Business Partnership. You will support strategic engagements with key stakeholders to boost Singapore’s position as an IP hub and help enterprises expand globally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for targeted international markets.
• Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with businesses, government agencies, law firms, and trade associations.
• Establish and grow strategic partnerships that generate long‑term value for the IPOS Group.
• Conduct market intelligence and analysis to shape positioning and business‑development priorities.
• Support the design and delivery of region‑specific marketing campaigns.
• Represent IPOS International at industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align initiatives with organisational goals.
• Monitor and report on pipeline progress and impact metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, International Relations or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in business development, partnerships or client engagement, preferably within legal, IP or professional services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, results‑driven mindset.
• Resilient, proactive and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency in presentation creation and data‑analytics visualisation (advantageous).
