Assistant Engineer – East Singapore (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Engineer to join our East Singapore team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in maintaining, repairing, and installing security inspection equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with equipment maintenance, repair, and installation.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and propose corrective actions.
• Support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities.
• Conduct routine troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Prepare detailed reports on maintenance work, project status, and any issues.
• Follow safety protocols and company field processes.
• Perform basic housekeeping to maintain a clean work environment.
• Undertake any other engineering‑related tasks assigned by senior staff.

Required profile

• NITEC or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance.
