About the role

The Assistant Engineer will support production processes on Jurong Island, ensuring smooth operation and high quality output. This junior position works closely with senior engineers and technicians to troubleshoot issues and maintain equipment.

Key responsibilities

Specialize in process troubleshooting and detailed failure analysis.
Guide technicians and operators to meet output and quality targets.
Verify supplementary material changes and assist with control chart reviews.
Prepare daily production reports and monitor final test yields.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
Assist the supervising engineer with any additional tasks as required.

Required profile

Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
Basic knowledge of operation and manpower management.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

What we offer

Competitive salary ranging from SGD 2,600 to SGD 3,450 per month.
