Assistant Manager – Academy Singapore

About the role

TÜV SÜD Academy is seeking a commercially driven, execution‑focused leader to manage and grow its Singapore business. The role goes beyond training delivery, encompassing revenue growth, regulatory compliance, and ecosystem expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition, account development and B2B sales, maintaining a strong pipeline to meet targets.
• Collaborate with inbound sales and marketing, while building and scaling a structured outbound sales capability.
• Identify and develop new growth areas such as Communities of Practice, licensing models and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements (SSG/WSQ, funding rules, CPE, course accreditation, trainer qualifications).
• Adapt regional and global programs for Singapore market relevance, aligning with Skills Frameworks and industry demand.
• Oversee end‑to‑end training operations, ensuring high quality delivery, efficient trainer utilisation and smooth assessment processes.
• Build strong relationships with industry partners, corporates, government agencies and position the Academy as a capability‑building partner.

Required profile

• Commercially driven leader with a focus on execution and revenue generation.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development and managing training or education services.
• Strong understanding of Singapore regulatory frameworks for training (SSG, WSQ, CPE).
