Assistant Manager (Clinic Operations)

About the role

JurongHealth Campus, part of the National University Health System (NUHS), is recruiting an Assistant Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of its clinic. The role ensures safe, efficient and high-quality healthcare services by coordinating operations, managing resources and working closely with healthcare professionals, administrative teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations so that services run smoothly, safely and efficiently, and ensure a seamless patient journey across all touchpoints
• Plan and optimise resource allocation, including manpower, scheduling, equipment and supplies
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, administrative teams and external stakeholders for integrated service delivery
• Monitor, track and report clinic performance metrics accurately
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes, compliance and operational outcomes
• Build a positive, collaborative team, coach and mentor frontline staff, and drive staff engagement
• Manage patient feedback and complaints professionally, and implement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline
• Experience in operations, healthcare or administrative roles preferred
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
