Assistant Manager, Information Technology

About the role

The Assistant IT Manager will support the planning, implementation, maintenance and security of BOK SENG LOGISTICS' IT infrastructure. This hands‑on role balances daily operational support with project management, vendor coordination and cybersecurity in a fast‑moving SME environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, storage, cloud services and end‑user devices to ensure high availability and performance.
• Oversee daily IT support operations, resolve complex issues and maintain asset inventory, licensing and hardware lifecycle.
• Implement cybersecurity policies, conduct vulnerability assessments and respond to security incidents, ensuring compliance with Singapore PDPA.
• Plan and execute IT projects, system upgrades and digital transformation initiatives such as ERP, CRM, WMS and TMS implementations.
• Liaise with external vendors, monitor service‑level agreements and assist in budgeting and cost‑optimization.
• Supervise and mentor the IT support team, fostering a customer‑focused service culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead role, preferably in an SME logistics environment.
