Assistant Manager – Learning Solutions for Financial Representatives

About the role

The Assistant Manager will design, deliver and continuously improve learning solutions that develop the capabilities of financial representatives and agency leaders across various career stages. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and agency leaders to execute onboarding programmes, continuous learning initiatives, and strategic capability‑building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver learning solutions supporting representative and leader development.
• Facilitate onboarding programmes and continuous learning initiatives across the agency force.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and agency leaders to implement strategic capability‑building projects.
• Manage training administration activities to support programme execution and learner experience.
• Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
• Support implementation of innovative learning solutions, including GenAI‑enabled role‑play simulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Learning & Development or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in training, learning and development, education or financial services.
• Experience within financial services, agency training or representative development environments.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to design engaging learning experiences and training materials.
• Completed CMFAS Modules 9, 9A, 8, 8A HI, and RES5.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with digital learning tools.
