Assistant Manager / Manager (Cost & Contracts) – 3 Year Contract

About the role

SP Group is seeking a self‑motivated Assistant Manager or Manager to lead cost and contract administration for its infrastructure projects. This 3‑year contract role supports the delivery of reliable energy networks while ensuring financial and contractual compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in contract administration, including cash‑flow and budget forecasts, cost estimates, cost data analysis, tender evaluation, processing payments, claims, variation orders, and preparation of reports and approval papers.
• Ensure contracts are administered in accordance with executed contract documents.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to guarantee that contract administration follows company policies and project requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Building/Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline from a recognised university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, construction work, or contract management of construction projects.
• Good knowledge of local standard conditions of contracts for engineering or construction projects and market unit rates.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
