Assistant Manager / Manager, Human Resources

About the role

SingHealth is looking for an Assistant Manager or Manager of Human Resources to join its HR team. As a key member of the team, you will help shape a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace culture that enables people to thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the design, implementation and evaluation of staff engagement and employee experience strategies, programmes and events that strengthen engagement, improve the employee experience and foster a sense of belonging.
• Work with stakeholders to champion initiatives on employee well-being, recognition and appreciation so that employees feel valued, connected and supported.
• Contribute to corporate committees and cross-functional projects, collaborating with colleagues across functions.

Required profile

• A recognised degree, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Social Sciences or equivalent.
• At least 5 years' experience in human resources, including 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and multi-tasking skills, with an eye for detail.
• A good team player open to trying new technologies and different ways of doing things.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with HRIS and social media platforms.
