Assistant Manager / Manager, Marketing and Audience Development (12 Months)

About the role

NAC is hiring an Assistant Manager or Manager for Marketing and Audience Development on a 12-month contract. The role supports marketing efforts to drive NAC's brand positioning and audience development initiatives in line with its strategic objectives, in a small team setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage consumer marketing campaigns to raise audience awareness, attendance and participation in NAC's programmes and initiatives.
• Help plan and run integrated consumer-facing campaigns, embedding audience insights into planning and programming.
• Work with creative, media and social agencies so campaign execution matches business objectives and audience growth targets.
• Support internal teams and act as a marketing partner for sector representatives, advising on campaigns, messaging and brand use, and helping build co-marketing toolkits or guidelines.
• Manage the NAC corporate website as a well-maintained digital hub, supporting content governance, content updates and technical improvements with content reps.
• Analyse website analytics (top pages, keywords, traffic sources) and turn them into content and SEO improvements that boost organic traffic and visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience with demonstrated results.
• Hands-on experience managing organisational websites, including content governance, SEO and working with web development vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
• Passion for Singapore's arts and cultural landscape.
