Assistant Manager / Manager – Talent Acquisition (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join a leading education services brand in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a fast‑growing business, focusing on volume hiring across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for all positions, from sourcing and interviewing to salary benchmarking and offer management.
• Drive volume hiring initiatives, ensuring timely closures while maintaining quality standards.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on contract management, compensation approvals, and onboarding status.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and gather market intelligence.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with organisational regulations and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience as an in‑house talent acquisition specialist or a mix of agency and in‑house recruitment.
• Proven experience handling high‑volume hiring in any industry.
• Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local employment legislation, compensation structures, and basic financial concepts.
• Highly driven, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
