Assistant Manager, Marketing SEA

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Brand Marketing will drive Puma’s lifestyle marketing across Southeast Asia and Singapore, overseeing both direct‑to‑consumer and wholesale channels. The role is responsible for brand positioning, messaging and consumer engagement, ensuring a consistent presence across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the regional marketing calendar, set milestones and align stakeholders.
• Lead 360° integrated marketing planning, covering paid media, partnerships, promotions, CRM, retail activations and brand‑led initiatives.
• Oversee the brand marketing budget, ensuring disciplined spend and ROI targets.
• Collaborate with commercial and retail teams to develop communications that support sell‑through and strengthen brand presence with wholesale and trade partners.
• Design and execute consumer‑facing events, maintaining brand guidelines and delivering a cohesive experience.
• Manage delivery of marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines and quality standards.
• Measure and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior marketing leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing or related roles within fashion, sports or creative agencies.
• Strong knowledge of sneaker and streetwear culture, youth trends and the lifestyle landscape in Southeast Asia.
• Fluent in English and local languages.
