Assistant Manager, One Stop

About the role

Join NTU's One Stop team to lead student pass operations and drive service transformation for international students. You will manage a team, improve processes, and collaborate across the university.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee administration of student pass applications, renewals, and related matters, ensuring timely and compliant processing.
• Identify and implement automation, system enhancements, and workflow redesign to streamline operations.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a high‑performing, continuous‑improvement culture.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and partner departments on policy alignment and cross‑functional projects.
• Analyse operational data and service metrics to provide insights and recommendations for efficiency gains.

Required profile

• Degree holder in any discipline (diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome).
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience in customer service, student administration, or related fields.
• Experience with process improvement, digitalisation, automation or system implementation is highly advantageous.

Required skills

• Strong people leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
