Assistant Manager – Procurement (East) – up to SGD 6,500

About the role

This position supports business stakeholders throughout the procurement‑to‑payment cycle for a leading airport operator in the East region. You will lead end‑to‑end tendering, contracting and vendor onboarding while driving process efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Support stakeholders across the procurement‑to‑payment process.
• Prepare and publish tender documents, onboard vendors to the eProcurement system, and draft contract documentation.
• Create purchase orders, follow up on outstanding invoices, and monitor service‑level performance.
• Review quotations for compliance with procurement rules and guidelines.
• Identify and implement workflow automation using Power Automate or other low‑code tools.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost procurement effectiveness.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience; compliance or governance exposure is a plus.
• Supervisory experience is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and basic accounting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Analytical, meticulous and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
