Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, Academic Programmes Administration (ICT)

About the role

The Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager will join the ICT Cluster within the Academic Programmes Administration Division of the Singapore Institute of Technology. This fixed‑term position provides administrative support for both new and existing degree programmes, coordinating timetables, enrolments, assessments and related processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage operations of new and existing degree programmes, including class timetables and facility bookings.
• Assist with student enrolment, module registration, results compilation and reporting.
• Organise assessments, events, workshops, and dialogue sessions.
• Administer procurement processes within the ICT cluster.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners such as overseas universities and polytechnics.
• Record meeting minutes, handle student claims and withdrawals, and support programme accreditation preparation.
• Perform additional programme support tasks as assigned by senior leadership.

Required profile

• Degree from a recognised higher‑learning institution.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong overall IT literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
