Assistant Nurse Clinician

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Nurse Clinician to join our team in Bukit Batok. The role involves delivering safe, cost-effective, high-quality nursing care in a community hospital and long-term care setting, working closely with the Nurse or Care Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in line with policies, procedures and professional standards.
• Collaborate with the Nurse/Care Manager to achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Apply enhanced clinical competence, decision-making, reasoning and critical thinking to ensure patient safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical workflows specific to community and long-term care environments.
• Contribute as a proactive team player, demonstrating analytical insight and motivation.

Required profile

• Advanced/Diploma or Bachelor degree in Nursing.
• Valid practicing licence with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Senior Staff Nurse (SSN I) in a clinical setting.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving abilities and familiarity with clinical workflows in community hospitals and long-term care.
