About the role
The Assistant Operation Manager will support the Operation Manager in overseeing daily hotel department activities across multiple locations in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Operation Manager in supervising daily operations and activities for the hotel department.
- Liaise with the Operation Manager on planning and execution of tasks and projects.
- Communicate with the HR Department for manpower planning and conduct interviews when required.
- Help develop and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
- Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.
- Attend to complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties assigned by directors.
Required profile
- Willingness to work islandwide and travel to multiple locations daily.
- Availability for overtime, including weekends and public holidays.
- At least 2‑3 years of relevant experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
