Food Services Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will be the primary point of contact for Singapore‑based customers, handling enquiries, order processing, quotations and post‑delivery support for food service products.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as first contact via email, phone and WhatsApp for customers.
• Process and manage bulk and scheduled orders, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Handle enquiries on product details, pricing, stock, lead times and deliveries.
• Prepare quotations based on approved pricing and coordinate with Sales/Commercial teams.
• Resolve post‑delivery issues such as exchanges, returns, claims and complaints.
• Provide customer documents like Halal certificates, product specifications and certificates of analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and other internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in customer service, order processing or related customer‑facing roles.
• Experience in FMCG, food service, distribution or trading is advantageous.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
