Assistant Project Engineer (Electrical)

About the role

DLM Pte Ltd, an M&E engineering company in Singapore, is hiring an Assistant Project Engineer (Electrical). The role supports the Project Engineer and Project Manager in planning, coordinating and executing electrical projects, focusing on site supervision, documentation, coordination and basic technical tasks so that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Project planning and site monitoring, including progress updates
• Support for change orders and digital adoption
• Coordination with stakeholders and site teams
• Documentation management
• Risk and safety support

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering works
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification
• Ability to support project coordination, scheduling and site activities under supervision
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for working with site teams and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, willing to learn, proactive and able to work in a site environment

Required skills

• Basic understanding of electrical systems: power distribution, lighting, cabling and ELV systems
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and common project management or reporting tools
