Assistant Project Manager (Healthcare Real Estate)

About the role

Turner & Townsend is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support end-to-end delivery of healthcare real estate projects, including fit-out, renovation and refurbishment. The role supports the Project Manager and covers coordination, schedule and budget tracking, and site monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Track project schedules, budgets, risks, variations and key deliverables.
• Support tendering, procurement, site works, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Monitor works for quality, safety and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes and project documentation.
• Support the Project Manager in resolving site and delivery issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Building, Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years' experience in real estate, construction or project management.
• Healthcare or hospital project experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong stakeholder, contractor and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of project scheduling, cost management and fit-out works.
