Assistant Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and delivery of construction projects across Singapore. The role will work closely with senior managers, site teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project schedules, work programmes and resource plans.
• Monitor progress to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to required quality.
• Supervise site operations and liaise with Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with drawings, specifications and approved methods.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, consultants and authorities.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
