Assistant Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support our landscape and site projects across Singapore. You will work closely with the Project Manager/Director, liaising with clients and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager/Director with day‑to‑day site project activities.
• Liaise with clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Draft quotations and prepare regular project reports.
• Coordinate and handle paperwork, ensuring proper documentation for all projects.
• Support the project team, including communication with foreign labourers.
• Prepare maintenance programmes and research/order horticulture items.
• Attend site meetings and tender briefings as required.
• Station at project sites when needed and perform other ad‑hoc duties.

Required profile

• 5.5‑day work week.
• Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Horticulture or arboriculture knowledge is a plus.
• Class 3 driving licence is preferred.
