Assistant Project Manager – Site

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Site) to support the planning, coordination and execution of interior fit‑out projects in Singapore. You will work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site teams to ensure safe, on‑time delivery that meets project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with day‑to‑day coordination of interior fit‑out works.
• Coordinate site activities with subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against the project schedule and flag any delays.
• Review drawings and site requirements to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
• Oversee architectural, interior fit‑out and related M&E works on site.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor workmanship and quality of completed works.
• Resolve site coordination, technical and installation issues.
• Manage material deliveries to align with the work programme.
• Maintain site documentation, progress records and reports.
• Ensure safety requirements and site procedures are followed by all personnel.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant site/project experience, preferably in interior fit‑out works.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, site coordination and fit‑out processes.
• Ability to work effectively with subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Practical, hands‑on attitude and comfortable working in a site environment.
• Singapore citizen or permanent resident.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings (advantageous).
