As Assistant Restaurant Manager / Team Leader at Jiang-Nan Chun, one of Singapore's most celebrated Cantonese dining destinations, you will shape exceptional dining experiences and inspire a team delivering intuitive, refined and personalised service. Working alongside the Restaurant Manager, you will champion operational excellence, develop talent and foster a culture where every team member performs at their best.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example on the restaurant floor, anticipating guest needs and coaching the team in intuitive service
• Oversee daily operations with the Restaurant Manager, from service planning and team deployment to inventory management
• Cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, onboarding and continuous development
• Identify ways to improve the guest journey and maximise revenue through thoughtful menu recommendations and cost efficiency
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, safety and service

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience in a luxury brand or Michelin-starred restaurant, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and leading service excellence
• Leadership presence with the ability to inspire, coach and develop teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, commercial acumen and organisational and problem-solving skills
• Flexible schedule, able to work rotating split shifts including weekends and public holidays
