Assistant Sales Manager

About the role

KTN Construction is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to drive B2B growth within Singapore's construction sector. You will work closely with senior sales leadership to expand market reach, nurture client relationships, and support the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with main contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, sub‑contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical and estimation teams to prepare competitive tenders, proposals, and presentations.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, digital branding, and corporate events to boost brand visibility.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and upcoming BCA projects for strategic insights.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing to meet targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales and marketing experience in Singapore’s construction, building‑materials or built‑environment industry.
• Existing network of local developers, main contractors, consultants or architects is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
