Assistant Social Content Creation Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Social Content Creation Manager to support the development and execution of high‑impact, platform‑native content across our global and regional channels. You will work closely with internal creative teams and external partners to ensure our brand story is consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, produce and oversee social‑first assets such as videos, images, reels and motion graphics that align with brand identity.
• Maintain the social content calendar, coordinating seasonal storytelling with product drops, campaigns and key brand initiatives.
• Plan and execute digital and social campaigns on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, YouTube and emerging channels.
• Manage influencer partnerships, overseeing both organic and paid collaborations and identifying new talent.
• Track performance metrics, analyze audience engagement and provide insights to senior management.
• Lead real‑time coverage for events, store activations, shows and product launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing within the fashion industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality visual storytelling.
• Deep understanding of digital trends, social algorithms and consumer engagement.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for aesthetics.
