Assistant Trade Marketing Manager – Digital & Off‑Trade

About the role

Heineken is looking for an experienced Trade Marketer to drive growth of its beer portfolio in Singapore. As an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager you will support the Senior Trade Marketing Manager in shaping channel strategy, building partnerships, and delivering activation plans across digital and off‑trade channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement channel strategies and programs in collaboration with Brands and Sales.
• Create customer‑focused marketing programs aligned with brand strategy and trade budget.
• Execute and evaluate the annual activity calendar, using market share, volume, value and pricing data.
• Plan demand and forecast for new products and promotional activities.
• Develop compelling selling stories, briefing tools and POSM messaging for the sales team.
• Review sales execution performance, ROI and commercial activity outcomes.
• Lead Joint Business Planning with customers to align with channel and category vision.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in commercial or trade marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of the beverage industry, competitor dynamics and customer value chains.
• Excellent analytical, strategic and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Solid commercial acumen and a track record of delivering effective business results.
