Assistant Vice President/Vice President, Attractions & Destination Experience Revenue Operations

About the role

The Assistant Vice President/Vice President, Attractions & Destination Experience Revenue Operations leads the strategy and execution of all non‑ticket revenue streams, ensuring profitability and an exceptional guest experience across merchandising, food & beverage, and culinary operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute merchandising strategy, including product development, pricing, promotion, demand forecasting and inventory optimisation.
• Oversee visual merchandising standards to enhance storytelling, drive conversion and ensure consistent thematic execution across retail and F&B touchpoints.
• Lead all food & beverage operations – restaurants, kiosks, carts, outlets and catering – focusing on cost control, productivity and service standards.
• Partner with culinary leadership to develop innovative, guest‑centric menus aligned with profitability targets and sustainability goals.
• Own P&L for merchandising and F&B, manage budgets, forecasts and capital plans, and optimise margins through pricing and supplier negotiations.
• Drive digital and omnichannel integration, including mobile ordering, online retail, cashless payments and personalised upselling.
• Build and mentor high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in revenue operations within attractions, hospitality or related sectors.
• Strong background in merchandising, food & beverage and culinary management with full P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Experience leading large, cross‑functional teams and managing complex supply‑chain and vendor relationships.
