Associate / Counsel / Associate Director – Commercial & Regulatory Disputes

About the role

Our client, a Singapore‑based law firm known for its principled and commercially‑astute approach, is seeking an Associate, Counsel or Associate Director to work on complex commercial and regulatory disputes. The role offers strong advocacy exposure and professional mentorship within a close‑knit team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of contentious matters, including commercial disputes.
• Advise clients across technology, finance, intellectual property and employment‑related issues.
• Draft pleadings, submissions, opinions and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy.
• Support advocacy work and attend hearings where appropriate.
• Collaborate with partners and peers on complex matters.

Required profile

• Singapore‑qualified lawyer.
• Minimum 3 years of post‑qualification experience; seniority commensurate with experience.
• Strong legal drafting, research and analytical capabilities.
• Confident communicator with sound advocacy fundamentals.
• High professional integrity and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
