Associate IT Support Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Associate IT Support Executive to provide first‑level assistance for our internal business applications and IT equipment. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with limited experience who are eager to develop practical IT support skills in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support for web, mobile and ERP applications, handling login issues, VPN, Outlook and Microsoft Office queries.
• Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, scanners and mobile devices, including software installation and hardware configuration.
• Assist with basic network, internet and email problems, and perform user account creation and password resets.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior staff or external vendors as needed.
• Maintain IT inventory, asset records and support documentation; conduct basic user training for new hires.

Required profile

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC or equivalent in IT, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Entry‑level candidates are welcome; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• 0–2 years of IT support experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
