Associate Maintenance Engineer – Pharma (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Maintenance Engineer to support a leading multinational biopharmaceutical company in Singapore. The role focuses on technical and documentation support for the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and effective execution of maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical documentation support to the maintenance team in line with GMP requirements.
• Review work orders and create Service Requests, including offline verification when needed.
• Set up, modify, and remove job plans, inventory, and assets in the CMMS (Maximo).
• Consolidate and trend data from the CMMS as directed by senior engineers.
• Coordinate with vendors to gather data for documentation.
• Conduct basic site verifications to support documentation needs.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and other cross‑functional stakeholders on GMP documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 4 years of experience.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Chemical, or Oil & Gas industries with basic knowledge of cGMP.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using SAP.
• Hands‑on experience with Maximo (CMMS).
